Michael Mitchell, Ph.D., is a leading organizational dynamics consultant and former Pepperdine University instructor. After a long tenure with Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corp., Dr. Mitchell switched to the academic world and was an adjunct professor for 12 years. Since 1978, he has been an organizational consultant for dozens of companies across the country including AT&T, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, Wells Fargo, the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Army.
